- Collateral (Fixed Assets) shall be required
- Maximum of 70% of FMV of the collateral shall be availed as loan (if road access is 8 Ft and above)
- Maximum of 60% of FMV of the collateral shall be availed as loan (if road access is 4 Ft to 8 Ft and above)
- Maximum of 50% of FMV of the collateral shall be availed as loan (if road access is below 4 Ft)
- Collateral should be accessible by road as detailed in b.
- Collateral should be free from Guthi and mohi; and far from high tension wire
- Collateral shall be valued by authorized valuator of the bank
- Maximum tenure of loan shall be of 5 years (for term loan)
- Maximum tenure of working capital loan (OD/Cash Credit) shall be 1 year.
- Client should be at least of 21 years and should not be more than 70 years by the time loan terminates
